Tax Allocation: The transactional tax forms the Fund’s self-sustaining growth engine. The 6% / 6% buy and sell tax serves as the Fund’s self-sustaining growth engine.

Collected proceeds will be used to:

1. Accumulate additional $ICM tokens and Investor Center Cult NFTs.

2. Strengthen the Fund’s underlying asset base and alignment with ICM’s ecosystem.

These acquisitions will be conducted quietly and strategically to preserve market efficiency and prevent frontrunning. This process will be automated shortly after launch.

Why not automated like other *** Strategy tokens?

Unlike many automated strategy funds that instantly purchase floor-priced NFTs, our approach avoids automatic execution. When markets dip, auto-buy mechanisms can lock the fund into immediate losses, reducing flexibility and compounding downside risk.

By keeping accumulation discretionary and timing-based, the ICM Strategic Fund preserves capital efficiency and will keep the fund agile and flexible, having an option to buy more of assets that are currently undervalued during the time of execution.

Safety and Trust

The vault (fund wallet) will be subject to a multisig wallet requiring 3 signatures. We'll be elaborating on this more later.
